Inspired by Earth Day and the power of art as a universal medium of communication, Trella Urban Forestry, KraneShares, and Chumang sponsored a nationwide art competition in China open to all ages. In just over two weeks, almost 400 pieces of art were submitted from 6 year olds to adults across China. The response was extraordinary and the works all amazing in quality and content. Nature truly inspires.
Six distinguished judges, including an internationally regarded artist, a museum curator, an educator, Trella’s founder, and a distinguished international conservationist reviewed the submissions. The top works from each age group were awarded prizes, including tree gifts and the opportunity for these artworks to be hung and exhibited at a virtual museum.
Opening day of the museum exhibition was on International Biodiversity Day, May 22, 2021. The panel of judges were truly wowed by the nature-inspired artwork!
The museum is now open to the public at https://art.bodoai.com/trella/DefEcho/0
