New WeChat mini-app includes all the basic features of an e-commerce platform, such as product display, purchase, and transaction management. With diverse product offering (23+ tree species) and packaging, the mini app display includes per tree species offering, the tree profile (trella treewiki) tree images , environmental benefits gained from the adopted tree, and other useful facts.
A user-friendly interface enables a smooth transaction experience. Orders can be customized, including gift cards with messages and recipient naming & notifications. Customers can receive updates of their trees via text, pictures and videos. Trella’s personalized dashboard named “My Forest” will allow customers to view detailed information about their trees. Customers will be able to send trees to their family and friends, who will then view it in their “received trees” section of the platform. And customers can choose from pre-made templates and deliver their cards with customized messages.
