The heat and humidity experienced in Taizhou helps the seedlings grow straight and strong over the course of the summer. In the greenhouse we strive to keep the temperature a little lower while keeping air flow high. This helps diminish fungal disease on the foliage. Trees in the field are exposed to the monsoon rains and keeping drainage free is highly valuable in keeping the trees healthy.
